Allahu Muraqaba Zikr Meditation

The voice in these tracks is of Hazrat Dr. Shahid Awais . These are cutting from his muraqaba (meditation) recordings. These include only the sound of word Allahu mostly. I found it very beneficial so I am uploading it. The method of using these sound tracks is by listening to them using head phones and feeling [imagining] the sound of Allahu coming from your heart instead of head phones. The place to concentrate is two fingers below left nipple of left breast. I pray to Allah to make it beneficial for all of us.

Excellent zikr muraqba (meditation)

Here is an excellent muraqba (meditation) for muslims specially. The word in the meditation is Allah. length is 5 minutes if you want to listen for longer period of time you can use continuous play option in your media player. Listen with your eyes closed. And for improved effect keep rocking your head right and left slightly with the beat of zikr. Tilt your head left for word “ALL” ( feel it hammering your heart) and tilt right for remaining part i.e “AH”. Thus making complete round of “ALLAH”.

One more thing: you must use stereo head phones to listen to this.
